stitched! studio, in collaboration with students from JRN555 at TMU, is proud to present Mirna, Bosnia. 30 years later, explores loss, mourning and closure through the lens of storysharers who confront these questions in their own lives while guiding others.
Almost 30 years after the Srebrenica massacre, the Bosnian genocide remains an open wound for those who experienced it. Yet living with this pain, artists, storytellers and activists now share these stories.
In this memorial project we bear witness to the work through which they navigate grief, transforming personal and collective sorrow into powerful expressions of remembrance and resilience.
